Hosting and server logs

The website runs on WordPress infrastructure operated for 4eck Media. Server logs may process IP address, requested URL, referrer, user agent, timestamp and response status for security, debugging and reliable delivery. [OWNER: hosting provider, retention period and DPA details.]

Demo and request forms

When you submit the demo/contact form or the request-access form, we process the data you enter — name, work email, company if supplied, team size if supplied, selected plan for request-access, and message — only to reply to the request. The forms use a nonce, a hidden honeypot field and a timing check/rate limit for abuse prevention. Submissions are sent by email and are not stored in the WordPress database in Phase 1.

Checkout and Paddle merchant-of-record processing

In launch default form mode no Paddle checkout script is loaded. When checkout mode is switched to Paddle, the pricing page loads Paddle.js from cdn.paddle.com; during checkout, payment and contact data are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments Ltd as merchant of record and seller of record for payment, tax calculation, VAT handling and invoicing. Theme preference localStorage

The site stores the selected light/dark theme in localStorage under the key planora-theme. This is a functional preference, not tracking, and does not require a cookie banner by itself.

Fonts and analytics

Fonts are self-hosted with the theme; no Google Fonts CDN request is made. The launch site runs no analytics and sets no marketing cookies. If analytics is added later, this policy and the consent approach must be updated first.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. [OWNER: add jurisdiction-specific authority and final legal basis wording.]
