Per-seat tools
Price × every user, forever. A 25-person team is billed 25 times.

Planora
One flat license per instance, unlimited users. A 25-person team pays €49/month with Planora — flat.
Every Planora plan includes the same product feature set. Billing is the only self-serve axis.
Proof for the pricing page
1 flat license
The pricing model is deliberately simple: one self-hosted instance, unlimited users, every feature included.
No feature gates
Boards, reports, automations, integrations and MCP are not tiered. Teams choose billing cadence, not product depth.
Self-hosted first
The license gives access to the deployment package and updates; your project data stays on your own infrastructure.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as one "instance"?
One running installation of Planora: one docker-compose stack with one database, used by your team — with as many users as you like. Internal staging/test copies of that installation are fine. Distinct production installations (for example, separate ones per client) each require their own license.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Licensing is per instance. A 12-person team and a 50-person team on one installation pay the same — we think your tracker shouldn’t tax your hiring.
What exactly is included in the license?
Everything. There is exactly one feature set, and every plan has it — boards, sprints, reports, automations, integrations, MCP, permissions, all of it — plus the self-hosted deployment package, deploy documentation, updates per plan and email support. Plans differ only in how you pay: monthly, yearly or once.
How do I get Planora after purchasing?
Your receipt and invoice land in your inbox right away from our merchant of record. We then send an onboarding email with access to your deployment package — the docker-compose stack plus deploy instructions and a support contact — within 1 business day. From there, your instance is typically up and running in minutes.
What does "Lifetime" mean — and what happens after the included update year?
Pay once and the license never expires — your installation keeps working, full stop. Lifetime includes 1 year of updates and security fixes; after that, an optional update pass keeps you current, or you simply keep running the version you have.
Can I cancel my subscription? Do you offer refunds?
Yes to both. Cancel anytime: your license runs to the end of the paid period, then updates and support stop — your self-hosted installation and all your data remain on your servers. We have no way to switch anything off remotely, and we wouldn’t want one. And every purchase — monthly, yearly or lifetime — has a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days and the merchant of record refunds you in full. No questionnaire required.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record: major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available.
Do prices include VAT? Will I get a proper invoice / reverse-charge as an EU business?
Prices are shown net (excl. VAT). Checkout runs through our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record: it calculates and remits EU VAT and other applicable sales taxes, accepts VAT IDs for reverse charge, and issues compliant invoices automatically.
Can I try Planora before buying?
There’s no self-serve free tier — Planora runs on your servers, so a hosted “trial workspace” wouldn’t show you the real thing. Instead: book a demo on a real instance, then buy with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn’t fit, you get your money back.
What do I need to self-host Planora (servers, skills)?
A Docker-capable Linux host. The whole stack — app, PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO — comes up from one docker-compose file, and it deploys cleanly on platforms like Coolify, Render, Railway or Fly.io. Sizing guidance is included in the install docs delivered with your license.
Do you help with installation and onboarding?
Yes. Every license includes deploy documentation that walks you through the docker-compose setup, and email support covers installation questions. Enterprise agreements add priority support and hands-on onboarding help.
Can I switch between monthly, yearly and lifetime later?
Yes. Switch between monthly and yearly anytime: moving to yearly takes effect immediately (you get the 2-months-free rate); moving to monthly takes effect at your next renewal. To upgrade a subscription to a lifetime license, contact us — the remaining subscription period is credited.
